BEFORE I became involved with Daniel Marrese, I had to get an attorney to recover money I invested trying to help my son purchase a home, that was lost due to another agent’s (from a different office) negligence. The moment I met Daniel I felt at ease. He went through each of the homes I chose to view like he was buying them for himself. He knew exactly what we were looking for because he listened to us and as we toured a house he would help find imperfections that may help us make a decision as to the purchase. Daniel also saved us money by not having to purchase home inspections due to the things he saw that we didn’t that would need to be corrected before it could even pass an inspection. We would love to work with him again on the purchase of my other children’s homes. We trust him!
