Daniel, It sure was a pleasure for Janice and I in working with you in the sale of our patio home in Graystone Manor. As I told you we had actually decided to go with one of the larger, more well known name Realtors that we had used twice before in selling a couple of homes. At that time, you had a listing on Graystone Manor Parkway and I was president of the association you called me a couple of times with questions about how different things in Greystone were done. Then the next thing I knew you had sold that property in 12 days! So when my wife and I decided to go ahead and list our home for sale we decided to give you the opportunity to see what you could do with ours. Well to our surprise it only took you 3 weeks to get an accepted contract on our home. Again, thank you for all you did in getting our home sold so we could move on with the next phase of our lives. Knowing what we know now, we would definitely use you again if we were still in Louisville.
